Simplify collects information provided by users of the site in a database that Simplify uses to generate follow-up messages for Simplify’s use only, and to generate statistical reports concerning users of our site for Simplify’s use only. Simplify does not presently sell the information contained in the database of information collected from users to any third party and does not currently make any other use of such information.

Simplify Text Messaging (SMS) Usage Policy
This notice applies to all of our text messaging opportunities which include our proactive conversation texting with customers and vendors.

• We do not rent, sell, or share any information sent via SMS with any third party.  Any information received is used to serve or update the customer and for no other purpose.

      • Customer or vendor provided contact name, contact phone numbers and email address
    • Information is collected primarily verbally and contractually.
    • The information purpose is to engage in the customers or vendors requests
• Information can be shared to authorized 3^rd parties however phone numbers and SMS data is not shared.

• SMS Consent Communication:
  • • The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
  • Types of SMS Communications:
    • If you have consented to receive text messages from Simplify.,Inc, you may receive messages related to the following:

        • Request for addition information on tickets and projects
      • Example:  “MMS Alert on site 1234, Circuit is down Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging at any time”
      • Example: “ MMS Alert on site 1234, Circuit is down.  Has you validated that you are seeing the same? Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging at any timeA customer can revoke their desire to receive text message updates (“Opt Out”) by texting STOP (or similar) in response to any message.
• • Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:
  • • Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.
    • Telecom carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages
  • SMS Messaging Opt-In Method:
    • You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from Simplify.,Inc. in the following ways:
      • Verbally, during a conversation
      • By submitting an online form
      • By filling out a paper form
    • SMS Messaging Out-Out Method:
      • You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply “STOP” to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.
      • Help:
        • If you are experiencing any issues, you can reply with the keyword HELP. Or, you can get help directly from us at the corporate contact information at the bottom of this page
      • Additional Options:
      • If you do not wish to receive SMS messages, you can choose not to check the SMS consent box on our forms.
